What comes with your packages?

Can I change something about a package if I don't like it?

While we have put great care and concern into adjusting our packages to meet with clients needs, it is understandable that some clients may need to alter them from time to time. We encourage any such alterations and ask that you contact us so that we can go over any of the changes you would like to make.

Why do some of your packages come with less songs?

Many times in the DJ business you often encounter a repeat of the same song. Perhaps because of multiple CDs or because of mutiple songs from various CDs. Either way, by law, mobile DJs cannot download music and play as many copies as they would like at any enumberable amount of events (with the exception of clubs which may in fact hold the necessary licensing to do so). For this reason, our entertainment system libraries are built from the trickle down effect. When we get an additional copy of a song from a CD that we own, the song trickles down to another entertainment system and ensures the building of several systems. For this reason, we can only offer a certain number of songs with the system that you have selected.

How come DJs in general cost more than you would think it would cost for someone to just play music?

A lot goes into keeping mobile entertainment a viable source of entertainment. There are a lot of costs that the client may not see on the surface of purchasing a DJ's services. When tailoring our packages, we considered the client foremost and designed them with the clients budget in mind. While our prices are in fact no small chunk of change, they are comparable to other DJ services who may not even be offering the same level of service with the care and devotion to events that we currently offer.

Is there any way I can get a discount?

From time to time Digital DJz offers specials or discounted rates for our services depending upon the specific situation. While we do not currently offer discounted rates for one-time private events, we do offer specials for those wishing to book several events or any longer-term or inhouse DJ scenarios. If you are a club or event planner, feel free to contact us so that we may go over any further details concerning discounted rates and services.
